I started with private one to one classes and continued in small group classes. Radhika managed to fit, relaxation, breathing exercise, static and dynamic yoga postures and guided meditation into an hour without it ever feeling rushed. I can recommend her both for complete beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners.
Radhika is so lovely I always look forward to my weekly yoga sessions. She works with you to adapt the session to your needs and abilities. The hour always goes too fast and I always sleep very well afterwards. I highly recommend.
