Yoga with Josie

Fabulous yoga retreat with Josie, in a wonderful venue. Super relaxing, really friendly group and delicious refreshments afterwards! Highly recommend Josie for all her yoga classes and her retreats are the best.

I have tried yoga a few times before but it was not until I experienced yoga with Josie that I got hooked. Josie is a great and enthusiastic teacher, very knowledgeable about yoga and about the human body. She pays individual attention to her students, and is very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend trying Josie’s classes.
