Problem with locking mechanism on patio door. locksmith arrived in a timely manner, was knowledgeable knowing what the fault was and how to rectify it, he was friendly and explained what he was doing, work carried out professionally, very happy with locksmith and work carried out.
Kept updated on arrival time and all good. informed throughout of the issue and explained the requirements and gave me full explanation
