North West Museum of Road Transport

Went to the classic car show here was great, but there is so much more, vintage buses and trams, model railways and lots of history of St Helens. Also got a brew. Its a big open space so it was a bit chilly, wrap up or pick the weather. Definitely worth a visit.

First time visiting this museum and it was excellent. There's a variety of transport there mainly buses. Also there is a eating area and toilets. Outside is a good size car park ( upto 50 cars ) and it's free at the weekends.

Found this by accident but pleased we did.The museum is a former depot so its just as important as the collection within its walls.Surprisingly large collection of mainly local made buses which you can go on some of them.Although not from …
