Have attended physio sessions previously, but found this experience really positive. Tristan was really knowledgeable and approachable. I found the sessions helpful physically but also gained far more knowledge which has helped motivate me to continue the strengthening exercises. Would definitely recommend.
Started with terrible tennis elbow caused by reputative stain whilst working. Started Physio with Tris with weekly sessions, then bi-weekly and I am so glad to say that it has virtually gone now, but I know the triggers and how to resolve now. Always treated with a happy, smile, friendly face and would 100% recommend this service.
11/10 - Outstanding service - I would recommend this service to anyone who needs physio. Tris was extremely knowledgeable and really went that extra mile to support me on my road to recovery. I was always treated with dignity and respect and the treatment was always delivered to the highest standard. Thank you!
