As a 50 year old woman who has never really enjoyed going to the gym, this place is different. the team are supportive, caring and fun. i actually feel sad when my session has ended! it’s hard work but also fun. the banter keeps me going. seeing a difference in my body is a great feeling. 😃 you are helped with exercise and diet if needed. there are many different types of people and all age ranges. any queries are dealt with immediately and effectively. love this place! 💪🏻 thanks guys.
I love attending this is fitness! it has really helped me get in shape and most importantly get fitter and stronger. the personal trainers are really knowledgeable and friendly so will tailor the session to meet your needs/ goals.
I’m have been using tif for coming up to two years now and i have never felt better! great location, incredible staff and always motivate. best gym i’ve ever been to! highly recommend it
