We were so pleased to find that katy, previously at the groom room, was now at townsend tails. she really is a lovely lady and always does such a great groom on our dog barney. he is so comfortable with her. we managed to get a very quick appointment which was confirmed on the day of booking and also a reminder was sent the day before. thank you again for such a great experience for our boy.
100% recommend using townsend's tails. our puppy was very nervous to start with but charlotte is so patient and caring. she also takes time to build trust with the dogs which makes a real difference. our boy always comes home so smart and soft as well as smelling wonderful. very professional service too.
Always very welcoming and helpful. very happy with how they deal with my large bernadoodle puppy. would totally recommend.
Not used townsend’s tails before .. didn’t have to wait long for an appointment, reasonably priced .. both enzo and dory came home looking and smelling amazing.. very friendly service, would highly recommend
