Pets at Home Stevenage

Store was clean, bright and welcoming. Appeared well stocked and staff were friendly and approachable. It was nice to see some of the animals, though hopefully they will get a home soon as some looked like they wanted to get out and explore.

First time visit today, the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The young lady in the Groom Room clipped my little dogs nails with no appointment, and Pippa was very relaxed with her. All in all, very pleased.

Good selection, but told by a staff member they were closing in ten minutes. I told them we wouldn't be that long, and then another staff member informed us they would shut in seven minutes. It was annoying. We were out with four minutes to spare.
