I have been attending Jades classes regularly for a few months now both in person and online and I can really feel the benefit. As someone who suffers with back and joint troubles Jade provides a wide range of adaptable exercises and classes are always fun and relaxed.

I have been using Jade’s services for nearly 2 years. My posture was in a terrible state. She has helped me so much. She is amazing. Her Pilates classes are excellent, she is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
