This was my "home" gym while visiting from the us. the atmosphere and location were great. the staff was friendly and helpful. the gym was clean and had a good variety of equipment and area to move around. i will definitely be back when in the greater manchester area!
Plenty of free parking. staff and clientele are friendly and helpful. i've mostly done classes, all of which i have enjoyed. the place is relaxing, spotlessly clean and the equipment modern and easy to use. i feel happy to go there on my own.
