Prompt response and clear explanation. we called them at 7:30pm with a dripping ceiling and they were here within the hour to diagnose the source of the problem. they were polite and friendly, explained clearly what their diagnosis was and put a temporary solution in place. finding parts tomorrow to solve the problem longer term.
