Took my Trek +2 Sport e-bike to Skinnergate Cycles as my phone would not connect to the handlebar computer via Bluetooth. The staff at Skinnergate could not be more helpful, and "Elvis" the Cycle technician took my e-bike into the workshop for inspection. Whilst i went for a cup of Coffee. Anyway, after about 30 minutes, I received a text asking me to return to the workshops. I switched the HYENA app on and Elvis pressed the Handlebar computer on switch and then gave the on/off switch three quick presses. The computer started to flash, and hey presto, my phone was connected to the bike via Bluetooth. Elvis, you are a genius. Thank you for all your help and for taking time to walk me through the app—first-class service.
