I highly recommend Tracey and hypnobirthing. Unfortunately never got finish course as baby came early. But I already had the breathing and self hypnosis I needed. It definitely helped me.

Would definitely recommend Tracey and give 10/10 for both hypnoslim and relaxation sessions I had with her. Traceys professional approach and caring manner are second to none.
