Atom Health and Fitness

If you are interested in classes you need to check with gym before signing as the website timetable is not up to date.

I hadn’t been to a gym in years but decided I had to get my fitness level up and lose some weight as I was over 50 and too heavy. I tried a few gyms before Atom and I didn’t like them. Atom is a good gym , not massive but has everything I need. I don’t do the classes, probably will in the future. Highly recommend.
