Went with a friend to buy a guinea pig, staff very helpful. Shop is clean and bright. Lots of choice.
I am forced to change my rating from 5 to 1 star due to the grooming room. You can never get through by phone, and the service lady says you should call and make an appointment. it's not worth it, find another place where they can answer the phone and make an appointment without having to cancel the meeting the day before.
needed a new harness for my dog. I work in inches so needed help. The Assistant was really helpful and also helped me trying yo find a coat. Wanted some treats but dog is on special diet. She found some dog could have! So caring and helpful. Real Pet Lovers
