Toilet repair - refill was overflowing. jordan made a temporary repair whilst obtaining the required parts for a full repair. i was kept informed of progress & once the replacement part was available it was fitted promptly.
Great service from jordan, who came quickly for an emergency call out to fix an error code on our boiler so we had hot water again. he explained everything clearly and patiently, was tidy and respectful. thanks again!
