Absolutely First-Class Craftsmanship and Service – Highly Recommend! If I could give Browns Ultimate Fencing & Decking (BUFD) more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment Kieran and Ryan showed up to give us a quote until the day they and Darren packed up, the experience was nothing short of first-class. We had a very specific, challenging request for our garden: a custom circular decking area built to fit perfectly against a curved wall. This was far from your typical decking job, but Kieran went completely above and beyond to make sure he delivered. He even went out of his way to buy special blades just to ensure the cuts were absolute perfection—and as you can see in the pictures, the result is completely flawless. The quality of the finish across the rest of the garden is equally stunning. Beyond the incredible craftsmanship, Kieran, Ryan, and Darren were a genuine pleasure for Beth and me to have around during the week they were with us. Their professionalism is unmatched: they showed up exactly when they promised, and any time I had a question, they either answered my calls immediately or texted straight back. What really sets them apart is how much they care about your home. Knowing we have two labradors that use the garden, they were incredibly considerate. They carefully planned the order of their work to accommodate the dogs and meticulously tidied up at the end of every single day, making absolutely sure no rogue screws or hazards were left behind. When it comes to price, you simply will not find better value, nor will you meet a better group of individuals. Most importantly, the finished job has completely transformed our space.
