Fantastic gym with the best classes on offer. all the instructors are fabulous and very encouraging! the gym itself is packed with equipment and huge. lots or quieter areas available too. pools are both lovely, highly recommend david lloyd sunderland!
My family have been members for a while and practically live here. the facilities are fantastic, the classes are varied and well ran with friendly approachable instructors. the pool is great both for exercising and having fun with the kids and the heated outdoor pool makes it extra special. don’t know what we’d do without the place.
