I was looking for some trainers in a ladies size 8 but they only go up to a size 7. the young lady was ever so helpful n extremely friendly as i've never owned a pair before so was clueless but she encouraged me n was so nice. the young man on the till again was brilliant n so friendly i never felt uncomfortable once. excellent staff!!!
