Great advice with the emphasis very much on what is right for the customer, instead of what is right for making a sale. Very much recommend The Computer Store if you have aging tech but you are not sure what to do with it next.

These guys are brilliant. I moved from Sutton Coldfield some years ago but feel warranted to travel back just to let these guys resolve my IT challenges. Pete and the team are efficient and give great value for money. Once again guys, a big thank you.

Attended as my touch screen had stopped working. They took it in and later I was called and informed that it was due to a hairline crack of the screen. They were unable to obtain a new screen. They didn’t charge me anything. I took it back …
