Just finished the best haddock and chips I've had in a long time. Mother in law really enjoyed her fresh roe, worth the trip from Middlewich. Definitely we'll be coming here again. Thanks for a lovely supper

Always busy, shows how popular they are. Had to queue as usual but customers are a friendly lot. Staff can be serving 2or 3 customers at the same time keeping the orders in their head. Have to order chicken & not regular items on entry. Food always warm & generous portions. Not the cheapest chip shop nearby but my fav

I have only just been trying this chippy after a recommendation been here 3 times already very big portions great on price even tho I have got to travel as it’s a little bit out of my way but don’t mind as it the best chippy by far around I recommend Bakers lane fish bar a must try
