Staff are so knowledgeable and supportive, they understand how daunting it can be to first enter the gym. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely clean gym with up to date equipment. Lots of social events to get involved with, it's more than just a gym!

So glad I joined Gymophobics. I suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees. The 30 minute workout has really helped me strengthen my knees. I feel more toned and have even lost a few pounds. I would definitely recommend joining.

What an amazing place and the staff actually help you achieve your goals. Joined in September and lost a total of 17lb and 15 inches. All the staff are so friendly and supportive and this place has changed my life and feel so much fitter. This place is the only thing that has ever worked for me in my weight loss journey.
