Maria Widdows Yoga

I attend Beginners Yoga on Wednesday and it is a lovely slow paced class. Maria is laid back and friendly and she will invite you to explore poses but never push you beyond your capabilities. I love it.

Maria is a great yoga instructor. As a new joiner, I can honestly say you are made to feel welcome and at ease. Flow is taught in an accessible way with options to suit all levels.

Really enjoyed the yin yang workshop on Sunday. A real creative relaxing experience with Maria & Hanna ready to set up the month of January and New Year, great cup of tea, homemade banana cake and ginger nuts together with special yogi 🧘 friends sharing the mat together. Thank you 🙏 …
