Utterly, amateurish. seem to not welcome clients, from the permanently locked front door to the constantly unavailable solicitors. don't use them. hopeless
We would highly recommend tracy gowar at whmatthews &co. she recently handled our house move and we could not have been happier with the service provided. efficient and professional, keeping us informed and guiding us through every step of the way. her calm, professional manner made the whole experience a lot less stressful.
I have called twice in the last 7 months for a quote to instruct on two different things: one a lease extension and secondly for conveyancing for a sale. both times i was told to email for a quote. they never got back to me.
