Pets at Home New Malden

Very helpful member of staff. Greated us by the door asked what we needed then took us around the store explaining different options available. Without any pressure to buy expensive items. In fact directed us to the good value choices.

I enjoy going to the New Malden store which was recently refurbished and a better layout. The Sales Assistant Milan greeted us with a smile, she eas very helpful and even advised me to use the website/App to order the product that I could not find in store.

We did the pet shop kids experience with Matt and he was absolutely fantastic with the children, explaining information about the animals. He was so calm and lovely and made the experience so fun for the children (and us adults too)! Thank you so much!
