All services and repairs were carried out on the same day and the equipment was returned to me promptly, I was not without access to my laptop for more than 20 hours. Replacement parts for the fan were ordered immediately at no extra charge and there were no problems or conflicts during the service.

Darren was very professional and knowledgable. Very quick as well and he changed broken laptop screen next day with a home visit. Made everything so easy and his prices are very good as well. All round top man
