I absolutely love annie’s classes. you leave feeling so relaxed and it’s the perfect way to start the week. they massively help with stress and anxiety. i especially like that the classes are intimate and you get annie’s full attention.
I have been going to anne's class for a few years now. when i started i could barely bend over but every week i can do a little more. i love the encouragement from everyone else in the group and the relaxation at the end always helps me sleep well. would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to a yoga class.
It was one of the best decisions i made when i joined annie’s yoga class. annie is really good at welcoming all participants making them feel they can do things whilst always listening to their bodies. i cannot recommend her and all class members highly enough.
