Lacock Abbey

A great site for the buildings, the surrounding park, the photographic history and the modern film connections. Plenty to roam around and then the village to explore too. If you want to eat lunch in the pubs though, book early as it is a popular place to eat. Plenty of parking outside the village. Easy walking access.

We were visiting Harry Potter filming locations and the Abbey was amazing! There was so much to see on the grounds. It was a cold and rainy day. But it was still beautiful!

Lovely location. Little photography museum is a must see for anyone interested in how photography has developed. The current Polaroid art exhibit Light Struck is also really interesting!!
