I rang Karl as I had a problem with the spin cycle on my washing machine and guessed it would need repairing. Karl listened to the issue, suggested a reason why it was happening and offered advice for me to try before needing to come out and take a look. It worked! I will definitely be calling Karl again should it properly break!

Popped round same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and tested it. Really pleased with the service and very reasonable price. Karl very professional and approachable. Even brought his lovely dad along to help with the lifting as he’d just had surgery and didn’t want to let us down. Highly recommended, thank you.
