Wendy is brilliant. she can always fit me in when i feel like an old english sheepdog. she patiently managed to cut my grandson's hair when he was at 'that' age, at a time when my daughter couldn't get him to sit still. wendy's hygiene routine is great (which in 2020 is important). i wouldn't consider using anyone else.
