I have had numerous massages elsewhere but can honestly say that the one I had at body and mind was by far the best. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. Cannot recommend enough.

Had an Indian head massage with Lucy, and a deep tissue massage with Ida. Both ladies are amazing at their jobs. From reception to the treatment everyone was very caring and thoughtful. The therapists are experienced and both made sure to ask what I was looking to work on. Great service from start to finish. We'll definitely be back.
