It's a shame tameside can't find the funding to make this place what it was - or what it could be.
A small and very limited art gallery in the upper floor of a lovely traditional style library. the art on display isn't exactly modern and cutting edge, but it's worth the time spent in there. i've heard the building is to be closed soon. i hope i've heard wrong.
