I've visited once a fortnight for years to collect chippy tea for myself and my elderly mother, rag pudding is her favourite and fish is her second favourite so we alternate the order each visit and it's always top notch; the owner and his staff are the best, long may they continue.
Great traditional english chippy, fantastic food and friendly staff. just be aware that they run out of stuff as it gets close to closing time. they are currently turning the friers off 15 mins before closing, understandably, trying to save money on utilities.
