Good wash however they had an offer at the time to wash two duvets for £25. i only needed one washing but wouldn’t allow a discount. “it’s the way the till does it” was the excuse. so ended up paying £26.99. £1.99 extra but it isn’t the point. bloke seemed half arsed so i wouldn’t recommend them for their customer service.
