Good wash however they had an offer at the time to wash two duvets for £25. I only needed one washing but wouldn’t allow a discount. “It’s the way the till does it” was the excuse. So ended up paying £26.99. £1.99 extra but it isn’t the point. Bloke seemed half arsed so I wouldn’t recommend them for their customer service.
