Excellent service, in and out in 20 minutes with no fuss! My optician was really friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment.

Managed to drop and tread on my glasses - lens out, wire snapped and frame twisted. I took them into Telford Southwater Branch and they fixed them same day! They looked like new and had been deep cleaned. Debbie and Jack couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Fantastic service!
