Called in Thursday evening for help and advice,2 ladies in store very welcoming and great service!
My husband had an eye test at this shop and was told by the optician he needed glasses. The person who was going to ‘help’ us with what type of lenses, frames, was so bored, uninterested, he couldn’t wait to get rid of us. We will be buying frames and lenses but not at this shop. Shame on you Vision Express Telford.
