Booked a taxi via the app for my elderly mother, who had never used a taxi before. App kept us updated where taxi was and when mum was picked up. Will definitely use again; many thanks

The Driver was very quick but your offices should let the customer know when their Taxi is here as if I didn’t go in my Kitchen when I did & see the Cab waiting outside the driver would still be waiting now. I told the Driver this as well because times money to them.
