Rachel is so lovely, i have felt so much better since starting acupuncture in january. it has helped with feelings of depression and anxiety hugely and i feel like i’m back to my old self again. rachel always makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and i look forward to continuing my sessions with her for a long time!
