Steve was great. i called him, described the problem over phone and he told me exactly what the problem was and how to sort it. saved me a call out charge. what a refreshing change, to have someone that just wants to help.
Steve came out on a saturday afternoon, diagnosed the problem quickly with the washing machine and fixed it within 30-40 minutes without making a mess or loads of water on the floor. very pleasant chap who clearly knew what he was doing.
