Called into the Willows store this morning, my 2 month old glasses were a bit uncomfortable, not a problem for those staff. Adjusted and polished straight away. True service with a smile. Thank you.

Collected my new glasses, they fitted on new soft nose piece. I came away the nose piece on both glasses were not straight, went back helpful polite staff straightend them. Normally they double check the glasses because you with out glasses on yourself can't see.

Always received really good service, testing and aftercare from both Torquay branches of Specsavers. The one at Sainsbury’s wins only because it’s so much easier to park. I wear specs all the time and always want to keep up with the current …
