Avisha is fab- she has helped fixed many of my sporting injuries from neck to knees! i would 100% recommend.
Avisha is brilliant; after a few sessions of physio for neck and shoulder pain, i am now completely pain free. she also encouraged me to do some weight training to strengthen my shoulders, which i would not have had the confidence to do without her guidance, and i now feel so much stronger. would highly recommend!
