Recommended this place when we first arrived in Torquay. We had fish and chips very nice and a local real ale. They do a special lunch menu.Very interesting and quirky place with home style cooking. A bit quiet in the afternoon we went in but it was a Monday.

This is without doubt one of the best places to eat in Torquay. This is our third visit. The staff are brilliant, the food is very, very good and the atmosphere is great. It's Torquay's oldest pub with a great selection of beers. If you come to Torquay, you must, without any hesitation, pay a visit. You will NOT be disappointed.
