Went to get currency, extremely helpful, would go back there
My initial telephone conversation was handled with efficiency and in a cheerful manner. the staff make the office itself feel warm and welcoming.. i in no way felt that my request for a small amount of currency was any less important than if i'd been booking a world cruise.
Staff are professional and informative. we would recommend them as nothing was too much trouble. we spoke to different agents during booking our holiday, and all were extremely helpful.
