Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me very well, and I felt comfortable and confident about the storage and security. Also, my identity was respected and I feel that the staff went above and beyond both in person and over the phone.

Very good experience all round, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy site, with great access to the units, would definitely recommend.
