Amazing!!!...best travel agent by miles. not just professional and knowledgeable, but friendly and personable too. after having several problems booking online and not being able to get through they sorted it. i will never book online again. you can't beat speaking to a human being
Went to miss ellies to book a holiday with my friend.they were so helpful and friendly went through everything to get a good deal as on a budget.showed us lots of options and places to go and about the area.would recommend to anyone.
