Dirty tables and rude staff

Nice views of Penarth pier leading to the Bristol Channel. Cakes and coffee are great on a winter's day, or, a hot apple pie and cream.

Popped in on Friday 13th. Two things to mention. The fruit scone, the clotted cream and jam - fabulous, to die for. One lady member of staff (Natalie?) was an excellent advert for the cafe, my wife and I will deffo be back, great place.
