Excellent service, called out to replace battery on a 25 yr old system, fully explained issues and work needed to be carried out. Worked around me having to work from home with minimal disruption. Excellent and professional service with friendly engineers. As good as it gets.

Just had system fitted, overall experience was very good. Engineer on site as expected, very polite, clean and extremely helpful in setting up the system with explanation on how to operate and use! Would recommend Sonic Alarms for all installations!
