The Eustress Room

Had the sauna and ice bath session. First timer. Absolutely incredible, felt so energised and free of stress for days after. It has to be tried to fully appreciate. Staff were lovely and very friendly . Fantastic and will be going again, my new favourite activity!

Where to start! An incredible experience. Coupled with a fantastic treatment at the tuning room also. Great place to release stress and allow my body to transform back to where it’s supposed to be. Lovely space for everyone. Would highly recommend!
