I rang Bardsley and Co to attend a boiler breakdown for an elderly relative in the area after mis diagnosis from 2 other engineers. Bret found the fault and had the boiler working in the same day, I'm also in the industry but in a different area and appreciate the lengths that the he went to at short notice to complete the job.
