Stephen was great. He's trying to reduce his workload so he can retire however he was extremely helpful, came out the very next day as I couldn't do the same day time suggested. It took about one hour due to my tiny kitchen to manoeuvre the washing machine but boom - fixed and running perfectly. Really reasonable too!
